York Hills Governance

York Hills is governed by an Homeowners Association Board whose goal is to help homeowners understand the rules and regulations of the association. The Board sees that our roads and common areas are maintained, and strives to preserve the beauty of our neighborhood by making sure our CC&Rs, architectural rules, regulations and procedures are clear to residents. The HOA works with William Sterling Property Management to receive homeowners dues payments, maintain HOA accounts, and manage communications with our homeowners. Homeowners in good standing may apply to serve on the Board for a 3-year term.

Our HOA Forms & Documents

Being a homeowner in our Homeowners Association (HOA) requires an understanding of your legal responsibilities to the community. Our HOA forms and documents help homeowners understand your property's allowances and restrictions. If you are a York Hills homeowner and are thinking of making external changes to your structure, property or landscaping, your project must be approved by the Board before applying to the county or beginning your project. Our HOA covenants may be more restrictive than Monterey County ordinances.
